Refunds and returns policy

We are committed to providing you with complete satisfaction for all our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for returns and refunds.

 

1. Returns

You may return any item within 10 days of delivery for a full delivery date for a full refund of the item price. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Condition of items: Items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and must not have been used.
  • Non-returnable items: Personalized products and opened packaging cannot be returned.

2. Refund process

  • Request a refund: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or 078 934 48 75. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the items.
  • Inspection: After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you by e-mail of the approval or refusal of the refund.
  • Refund: If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method within 30 days.

3. Out-of-timereturns

Items returned after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a full refund. Only requests for returns within the specified time will be considered.

4. Damaged items

  • Damagedpackaging: If the packaging arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will analyze each case individually and suggest an appropriate solution.

5. Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at [email protected] and send your item to the following address:

6. Promotional items

Only items purchased at the regular price can be refunded. Promotional items are non-refundable.

7. Gifts

  • Item marked as a gift: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • Item Not Marked As Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the the gift giver received the order to return it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and he will be informed of the return.

8. Return costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer ‘s expense and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. For more expensive items, we recommend that you use a traceable delivery service or purchase return insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
