Returns<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>We are committed to providing you with complete satisfaction for all our products and services. You may return any item within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the item price ( delivery charges are not refunded). Items must be returned in new condition in their original packaging.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><strong>Non-returnable items<\/strong>: Personalized products and opened packaging cannot be returned.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Refund process<\/strong>: After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you by e-mail whether or not the refund has been approved.
